Logging to Shopify

Log in to your Shopify account

Store Address: canturi-com.shopify.com
Email: your_shopify_email_address@example.com.au
Password: your_shopify_password

How to redeem a gift card on a local Store

Before starting the process you'll need to:

  • Ask for the Customer Gift Card or Gift Card Number purchased at shop.canturi.com
  • Take note of the last 4 digits
  • Log in to your Shopify account

How to disable a gift card

Now that you're logged to the Shopify account

1. Navigate to Products then Gift Cards

2. At the  Search gift cards bar enter the last 4 digits of the customer's gift card to locate it in the system

3. Click on top the respective option to reveal the details of the card

4. Take note of the Current Balance available in the gift card

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click at the Disable gift card button

!!! Important !!!
Once a gift card has been disabled it cannot be activated again

6. Confirm this action by clicking at the Disable button

7. Now jump to one of the options below Full amount discount or Partial amount discount

Full amount

Now that you've cancelled the customer's gift card apply the discount to the customer's purchase with the same Current Balance amount mentioned on the previous steps

Partial amount

Now that you've cancelled the customer's gift card apply the desired discount to the customer's purchase which should be less than the current amount

Issue a new gift card

1. To issue a new gift card navigate to Products then Gift Cards
2. Click on the Button Issue Gift Card
3. Change the Initial value to be either the Full amount of a new Physical Gift Card purchased at the store or the difference of a partial usage of a previous gift card that's been deactivated
4. If the Gift card is designated to an specific person select the customer account at the Search customers input field
5. Set the expiration date accordingly
6. Now that the new gift card has been generate, write down the 16 digits number in a new Physical Gift Card
Remind the customer that the new Gift Card can be used either Online or In-Store

Update PDF file

How to update Ring Guide and Wrist Guide files

1. Log in to your Shopify account
2. Navigate to Settings -> Files

3. Upload the new document that will replace the current one by clicking on Upload Files

4. Locate the uploaded file from the list (normally it's the first one) and copy the full url text

5. Now go to the URL Redirects Page, you can also find this page by typing Redirect in the search bar

6. Click on the respective option that you want to replace

7. Replace the Redirect to field with the URL that you've copied before and press Save Redirect

That's it, bear in mind that it might take some time for the new redirect to replicate so if you want to check it make sure to use the Incognito Mode of you browser.

Products - Additional Features

Hide Default Bullet Points

By default every product add two bullet points and a DELIVERY section at the bottom of the product description, if you wish to remove this from an specific product - use the following instructions

1. Log in to your Shopify account
2. Navigate to the page of the product that you want to edit

3. Add the Tag  no-bullet-points under the TAGS section

4. Press Save to confirm your changes.

To go back to the default behaviour just remove the  no-bullet-points tag and dave your product

Hide From text at collections page

By default every product with different variant prices show a text From to indicate a range of prices in the  Collection Page, if you wish to remove this from an specific product - use the following instructions:
1. Log in to your Shopify account
2. Navigate to the page of the product that you want to edit
3. Add the Tag no-from under the TAGS section

4. Press Save to confirm your changes.

To go back to the default behaviour just remove the no-from tag and dave your product
