DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:30am - 4pm. 

Courier service or Postal
All domestic shipments are shipped via our trusted courier service.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses (we like to ship directly to you, so we can be sure where the parcel ends up and also that it is signed for). 

Collect in-store
We are able to assist you with customer collection from one of our Jewellery Salons within Australia. Contact us at shop@canturi.com for further information. 

Hand Delivery
If you would like your order hand-delivered, we can arrange a hand delivery service in metropolitan areas.

Cancellation
Cancellation of a sale must be made within 12 hours of the order.   

Returns
Returns for goods that are not engraved or custom made can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. A credit note to the value of the order will be provided to goods that are returned in original condition, with original packaging and documents.  Shipping charges apply. 

All engraved and custom pieces are final with no returns or credit note available.
